We have no hard and fast rules about the content of the article. All we ask that it is kept very simple and easy to read.

The article can be informative or inspirational in its essence. If you feel it can help people to reach a greater understanding of a subject or can inspire people to find the answers they are looking for; it is very welcome.

If your article accompanies an advertisement, we will endeavour to ensure they are featured in the same edition. This however, cannot always be guaranteed. Subject to available space, the final decision will be made by a small team of independent advisers.
