All orders will be verified in writing or by email prior to inclusion. A proof copy of the artwork will be provided - all changes to artwork need to be made within 10 working days of confirmation.
A cooling off period of 10 working days is allowed. Cancellation fee of 50% is applicable for cancellations received after 10 working days.
