Personal success and excellence is something we can all obtain and there are times when everyone needs a little coaching for the soul – you might not be able to put your finger on what is missing, or what needs developing, but you know something needs to change. This is where I can help you as an experienced Soul Coach. With years of practice as a trained counsellor, psychotherapist and an energy healer, as well as being qualified in some areas of traditional chinese medicine.I have an in-depth knowledge of how the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are all interlinked. I have spent the last twenty years on a personal journey studying, learning, growing and developing. I have experienced many cultures and their teachings, gaining knowelsge and wisdom from all around the world. I am currently training to be an interfaith minister, which enables me to deepen my spiritual understanding of myself and others. I at present do not align to any particular faith or religion. I believe the essence of spirituality is in our connection with ourselves and one another. This is how I personally offer service.

I have studied to gain greater understanding of human behaviour and through many years experience of working with individuals. I truly believe that the mind, body and spirit of a person has to be functioning in harmony for complete healing. It is when we take responsibility for our lives and wellbeing that we are able to transcend the chaos to bring balance and harmony. I have also found that different people relate to different kinds of therapy. For this reason I have chosen to study many healing paths, so that I am able to work from where the individual engages rather than from my own perspective.

Soul Consciousness

Soul Reiki
Japanese for universal life source was re-introduced to many through the lineage of Mikao Usui in the 1800’s.
It was in the 1980’s that the cost of the training changed and Reiki did really become more universal. I belive that it was brought to the earth for this moment in time, where the planet is in chaos, there is so much pain and suffering and Reiki is helping people begin with the reconnection to the I AM source.
Reiki offers the opportunity for a life changing experience and brings about a new way of being. The beginning of a new life path to enlightenment. A coming together of many, to heal self, others and the planet.
Reiki means ‘to devote oneself to improvement’.
Reiki Level I
This level is taught for self healing. Heal the old, to make way for the new choices in life.
