Let me hold your hands in mine; let me wash them with the love of the Creator. May everything and every person that you touch from now on be charged with the love of the Creator.

Let me hold your feet in my hands; let me wash your feet in the love of the Creator. May every step you walk upon the Earth be a step of love.

Let me embrace you in my arms; let me wash your being in the love of the Creator so that you may know and feel that you are never alone. The Creator is within you always. I use the love of the Creator to dissolve all fears that you may have of realising yourself as a magnificent being of love, a sacred vessel of Creator love. Let the love of the Creator wash away fear so that you may realise that there is nothing to fear and you are loved unconditionally and eternally by the Creator. Do not shy away from the love of the Creator, it is your divine right, know that you are worthy of the love of the Creator because you are so magnificent, precious and sacred. Do you realise that you are loved every moment of your day, every moment that you sleep? Do you realise that you are loved so completely and absolutely with every breath you take? The love of the Creator will never and can never be taken away from you, it is yours to accept, realise hold and express. The love of the Creator is the essence of life; if you do not allow yourself to feel, experience and express the love of the Creator then you haven’t truly experienced life on the Earth. There are so many wondrous sights, smells and experiences on the Earth but none are greater than feeling the love of the Creator, knowing that the love of the Creator is around and within you at all times and will never be taken away from you. The love of the Creator is the only true thing that you can depend upon whether you are on the Earth or on the inner planes. It is our right and a need as soul’s of the Creator to place our trust and faith in the love of the Creator. When you realise the love of the Creator within you, when you trust wholeheartedly in the love and the will of the Creator, then you will understand that there is nothing more that you need because you will feel completely fulfilled on all levels of your being.

Your most deepest yearning is for the love of the Creator and yet my brothers and sisters there is no need to suffer any longer, the love of the Creator is yours to grasp and treasure now. If you just dissolved your fears and held courage you could recognise the love of the Creator and bathe yourself completely in blissful, joyous and healing energies. Your guides and I are here to help you, you do not have to achieve this on your own, all you need do is ask and you will receive with divine timing.

My aim is to help you understand how precious you are, how precious those around you are and how you are never alone. This is my greatest aim as a being of love to share and awaken the love of the Creator in others.

I am worthy of the love of the Creator.

I am loved by the Creator unconditionally and eternally.

I am fearless and loving at all times.

I recognise with ease the love of the Creator around and within me.

The love of the Creator embraces, heals and awakens my being.

I am the love of the Creator; I am the purity of love in manifestation on the Earth.

You can say these statements to yourself, but don’t just say them, understand and feel the words and their meanings to you.

Let me embrace your soul in the love of the Creator to allow the truth and essence of your soul to be magnified, nurtured and intensified. Your soul is after all the essence of the Creator within you. Recognising your soul is to remember the truth of your being and who you are.  Feel, sense or acknowledge the love of the Creator swelling from within you. I am here to support, protect and cradle you in my love; I am devoted to assisting you now, let yourself be devoted to your unity with the Creator and acceptance of love.

In order to truly feel the love of the Creator which is naturally within and around us, there is a need to surrender to the Creator. To surrender is to give up or let go of anything that is no longer needed. To surrender to the Creator is to submit all that is causing you pain and suffering, all that is hindering and limiting you to the Creator. It is to detach yourself from any negativity you may be experiencing and to give it up to the Creator. The Creator can transform all negative energy into positive loving light but when we give negativity to the Creator we are asking for the highest vibration of light to cleanse and heal us. To hold onto negativity is simply harmful for the mind, heart emotions and physical body. To surrender all to the Creator shows a detachment from the negativity, a realisation that the negativity or pain is not your truth nor is it needed. Sometimes we are unable to let go of an unneeded energy as easily as we might like but this is because there is a lesson waiting to be learnt through the situation or feeling. Remember that you do not have to go through your life alone; the Creator is here to help you and will take away all appropriate negativity if you ask this of the Creator. We are all so greatly honoured when we learn that there is an energy that is composed of pure love that loves us unconditionally and eternally. What a wonderful gift we have been given. With this understanding you can realise that you are so precious, you must be as you have been blessed beautifully and perfectly. I believe that this is the ultimate gift that a soul could receive, to be loved unconditionally and eternally, there is no gift that is greater. Now is the time to accept your gift, it is yours to experience now.

Whenever you feel down or negative remind yourself that you have been given the ultimate gift of unconditional and eternal love, recognise this love within you and then say out loud or in your mind,

‘I surrender all false energies, illusion, pain, suffering, negativity and lack of love to the Almighty Creator. I detach from these energies and allow them to be transformed into light of the highest vibration.’

Breathe deeply,

‘I ask that the energy of joy and love emanates and is magnified from my soul now.’

To surrender to the Creator is also to trust in the Creator’s will and divine plan for your reality on the Earth, to understand that you are experiencing the divine perfection of the Creator at all times of your reality and to trust in this completely. With this belief you allow the perfection of the Creator to manifest and you naturally step onto the path that is most appropriate for you to aid you in being of service in the most perfect way. To trust in the will of the Creator can be difficult when you are experiencing chaos or pain but it is your most healing tool after love, it is to trust that everything has a purpose and that positivity arises from all situations.

To surrender to the Creator is to submit yourself to the Creator for complete and absolute healing. The more you achieve and practice this the more connected you will become with the Creator, gradually transforming your entire being into love.

I first came across Angelic Reiki 6 years ago at a Mind Body Spirit fair in the North of England. Although I was wary about receiving healing at that time, I knew that I would one day learn this healing modality for myself and sure enough, in March 2008 I completed the 7 day Master workshop with Kevin and Christine Core the co founders of Angelic Reiki. Kevin has since ascended to spirit and still continues to teach and help Angelic Reiki students on an energetic and spiritual level. I was very ill prepared for the profound effects that that workshop would have on me.

Angelic Reiki takes its lineage from Usui, Shamballa and Tibetan Reiki. It is very different from other forms of Reiki though. Using a specific recipe of ancient rituals and texts and preparation of the space and students through cleanses and by creation of sacred space, the traditional Reiki symbols are then anchored into the student’s energy field by the Angels themselves. By doing this the energy and attunements are given and received in their original purity, which was lost after the fall of Atlantis. I was a bit sceptical about this at first but I could actually feel them writing the symbols on my palms. I think that one of the hardest things for us to do humans, is to let go of logic and what we already ‘know’ to be true and trust in the process and the unseen. But when we have things confirmed on a physical level, such as by feeling it or seeing it then we begin to trust. It’s part of our development.Normally, the workshop is split into 4 levels. There is the First and Second degree, which is primarily for yourself and family and friends and 4^th degree. This is again for yourself and family and friends but in these attunements you receive the master symbols. This is so that you can integrate the energies yourself and become your own master before you begin to practice on others. It is a recognised fact that the best healers are the ones that have done lots of work on themselves. There is then a practitioner level and then a Master Teacher level for those who wish to go on to teach Angelic Reiki.

A typical workshop is 2 ½ to 3 days long. The length of time is important in order for you to sit in the energies and absorb the teachings. During that time you will receive 2 Reiki attunements and an attunement to 30 Archangels, which then leaves aligns you more with the Angelic vibration so that you are more able to channel the Angelic energy and act as a bridge between the realms. It is not necessary to learn the Reiki symbols as the Angels will use which ever ones are most appropriate for each individual healing. The attunements themselves are carried out by the Angels and the Angelic Reiki Master holds the space and reads these from the manual so that there is no distortion and the energy comes through in its purest form.

Because Angelic Reiki can heal on so many different levels, which include multidimensional, past life, healing as a soul group, spherical as well as physical, etherical, healing with the 3^rd eye, emotional, mental etc, it is necessary to practice each of these types of healing individually so that they can be recognised when they arise in a treatment. They normally happen spontaneously but it is important to practice them so that you know what they are when they do happen. So you can see that even though 2 ½ or 3 days might sound like a long time, when you take into account all of the attunements and healing practices that take place, it isn’t that long really.

Angelic Reiki is definitely a recognised healing modality but much more than that it is a powerful self development and ascension tool. More than being a practical workshop, Angelic Reiki cleanses and prepares you to be able to absorb the wisdom behind the teachings in an energetic way. I found myself reading esoteric texts that I wouldn’t have dreamt of reading before, and understanding every word as if I already knew it. It can change you in a deep and profound way and each healing session is an invitation for the practitioner and the client to experience their own divinity.

As well as supporting you on your own personal path and healing it can reveal to you your own latent talents and gifts. Your lifes purpose or dharma may be revealed to you. You may not be clear why you have been drawn to do this workshop as our conscious mind does not know everything that is for our highest good, but something may be revealed to you during or after an Angelic Reiki workshop that completely changes the course of your life, whether that is doing traditional spiritual work or not.

Of course if you do decide to practice Angelic Reiki or teach it, the rewards or the effects that these energies can have on someone are not quantifiable. Whether its food, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs or relationships etc, many Earth Angels turn to outside substances or influences to numb the pain of feeling different, being intimidated of their life mission and to put it on a back burner.

• Have or have had a ringing sound in one ear?

Not all but most Earth Angels notice a high-pitched ringing sound in one ear.

If you answered yes to all or most of the above questions, you are indeed an Earth Angel.

Everyone on earth has come from the same Divine source; however, Earth Angels may have spent time in other heavenly realms. You have all chosen to incarnate upon this planet at this particular point in time and space and chosen to come here to learn particular lessons that will advance you upon our spiritual, evolutionary pathway.

Case Study ~ Michelle’s Story

Before I found Sarah, I was feeling lower than low. I was being bullied at work by a group of very unhappy women and I felt different, disliked, undervalued and victimised. I was a victim, I felt like a victim and I acted like one.  I didn’t understand why I was being treated so badly.

The thought of this not being the first time we’ve been here on Earth may to some of you come as a shock, or it may come as a warm welcome. But have you ever entertained the idea so intensely that it’s led you to investigate your own possibility of having a past life or even lives if you are an older soul.

How old is old?

When it comes to past lives we can have a one or two, if we are younger souls or hundreds if we are an older soul. So what do I mean by young and old souls? Well it doesn’t specifically have anything to do with your Earth age; it does depend on how old your soul is with regards to experience. Your soul being made up of energy that cannot be destroyed. Science proves that. A young soul is a soul that is very new to incarnating upon Earth and in fact incarnating within any realm. These souls may feel restless, rather depressed and lost within their life as they are not used to life within these realms. An older soul is a soul that seems to have knowingness about them. They look wise beyond their years. Old heads on young shoulders is how some express it. They may even recall life at other times, talk about people and places they have no possibility of knowing about.

Why rake up the past?

Some may find the idea of discovering you have lived before rather daunting and others may find it therapeutic. How do you feel about it? Uneasy? Excited? However you feel it does become rather thought provoking doesn’t it? There is a saying that ‘the past is in the past’ and to a certain degree I agree with that. I also agree that if you feel that you most certainly would not like to know if you have lived before then that is fine. But if you do, what should you do? What can you expect to find? I remember when I spontaneously had a past life recall of my own. It was spontaneous because I had no intention of finding out my past life. Well not the way that I did.
My method of past life therapy involved crystals which I used to influence my dream state. Doing this helped me to unearth my mysterious past life. The things that happened in this past life were rather traumatic and even more interestingly was the effects it had upon me after I realised I’d dreamt of a past life.

Ever since I was a child I was frightened of the dark, scared of death and seeing spirit. I was also hospitalized and the doctors told me that I could days without food, but not water as I suffer from dehydration. Even now, years later I always have to drink a lot.

Many of these patterns were reflected in the trauma I encountered in my past life. Since unearthing my Past life I have now overcome my fear of seeing spirits, and my fear of the dark. So personally, it really helped me to discover my past life. So much so that it inspired me to research other peoples past lives and the methods used to recall them.

Methods of Past Life Therapy

There are many methods out there that are available to us if we want to research and discover about our previous incarnations. The more I researched the more methods I found, and well as you will discover there are simply no limitations to how we can gather information these days.

Past Life Regression with a Therapist

The most famous of methods is the regression therapy with a qualified therapist. This is where the client arranges a consultation with a Regression Therapist that will gently and safely regress the client back to a time long before they were born to discover who they were before. Perhaps they were male in the previous life who lived in Africa working as a slave. Yet in this life they are from England and are in fact self employed. Why such they difference in lifestyles? Well it is thought that perhaps our past life experiences encourage the opposite to occur in this life. For example take the above example who now lives in England as a self employed accountant. It is possible that this “time around” he decided that he would not allow himself to be in a position that could remind him of his slavery days.

Spontaneous Dream Recall

This has to be one of my favourite methods of discovering past lives for two reasons, one it is spontaneous which for me makes it slightly more difficult to explain as just “something we imagined”, and two because it occurs when our body is in a completely natural state of relaxation. This method does have one slight draw back though, if when you wake up and remember your dream, you want to know more details, its quite difficult to find those out, whereas with a therapist that has hypnotised you, you can be asked these questions automatically as therapists tend to want to get all the information they can for your benefit.

Spontaneously

Spontaneous past life recall can involve a variety of methods such as psychic visions, psychic feelings, and childhood experiences. I’ve read accounts where people have been somewhere they have never been before and suddenly had a feeling that they’ve been there before and feel a different time zone, different personalities than those around them, and just somehow “knew” they used to live there, in a certain place, with certain people, in a specific year. I think this type of recall is magnificent as it shows that when we let our spirit speak to us and listen to it, we discover so much more than if we closed our selves off and focussed on materialism.

Childhood spontaneous past life recall is something that is becoming quite known about. There was once a documentary on television about a boy who knew where he lived before and described the house. In the documentary they took him back to this house to see what he could tell them.
Quite a lot of children are now saying to their parents “You’re not my Mummy, I was you’re Mummy before”, or “My name was Jody before”. Some parents worry about this but there really is no need to. I would embrace it, write it all down for them in a special book, put it away for when they are older and talk to them about it then.

My Research Findings so far

I have read at least 100 accounts of past life recall and out of … methods including visiting a past life regressionist, meditating, encountering past life dreams and having spontaneous recollections of past lives I was shocked at the results I found. I was expecting the rate of visits to past life regressionist to be high and the more independent methods to be less.

My research findings on reading these accounts showed me that 30% of people who had experienced their past life, had done so through a spontaneous dream recall, just like recalled mine! So I’m not alone. My thoughts when beginning to research past lives thought I’d find a few of us that had recalled our past lives through dreams. But never did I think that it would be 30% of us.

Relating to all methods I researched which included; hypnosis, meditation, dreaming, psychic feelings/visions, and child experiences, 38% recalled their past lives spontaneously. These people never planned to find out their past lives. Interestingly those who did set out to find their past lives through a hypnosis session with a therapist only accounted for 4%. Why was this I wondered? My personal opinion on this is that we are becoming much more independent in finding out our spiritual heritage so to speak. We are becoming adventurous in our soul searching. And from my findings, this seems to be working.

So any trends in my research I hear you asking. What amazing past lives have these people recalled? Well it was in fact fascinating to find out that in the descriptions of these past lives, there were 4 repetitive trends. We are remembering lives in Egypt, also in the 1800s, some of us had been connected to temples around the world. But my most interesting find was how many of us have had a past life where we were involved in War, Battles and being soldiers. Which is very interesting as we are currently involved in the War against Terrorism, and there are a lot of people around who claim to have been Cleopatra, Nefertiti, or involved in the work of the pyramids.  It seems that we have all decided to come back in this life and meet each other, along with other souls who are either older than us or in fact younger to which we assist them in their pathway of discovery. So there really is an interesting eclectic mix of people who have lived before surrounding us.

So have you lived before? You could well possibly have done, and possibly you could have worked in the 1800s, or even been a soldier in a war many years ago. You could even have been living in Egypt. Chances are you have lived before, we may even know each other from that life? Do you fancy finding out?

One thing I do know, dreaming is certainly the way to do it.

Sitting in your usual meditation position, begin to centre yourself with your breathing.

Now focus on your breath. Close your eyes. Begin to concentrate on your breathing.

Always focus on each breath. If you become distracted return to your breath.
Take a few minutes of this breathing relaxation to prepare for your mindful meditation. Inhale and exhale…

You breathe out and as your breath goes out into your Aura, you are aware of your auric field. You feel as if your Aura is a bubble of energy surrounding you.

Now focuses on your breath again breathe in and out.

Feel the cool air at the tip of your nose, warm breath as you breathe out. Follow the breath into your chest and heart centre. Feel yourself bathed in golden sunlight.

Then you find yourself rising upwards, with in your aura. The Golden light surrounding you lifting you .You feel as light as a feather…

The atmosphere within your aura is peaceful and you feel refreshed and energised.

Then you become aware of the presence. Before you stands Archangel Michael. Surrounded with golden light, like the sun. You might see him as a colour, a vibration or as he is usually painted in pictures. However you see him or sense him, you know he is there.

Archangel Michael has come to you to help you to removal of any old stuck energy connected to old memories, events or people or any negative energy you may hold with in you.

When you are ready to be released from these old stuck situations, ask Archangel Michael uses his sword of light to remove these old chords that can tie you to the past. Ask him now to remove anything that keeps you stuck in the past. See the sword flashing its light all around you to cut these old chords or ties. Then Archangel Michael gives you the sword to hold. It’s not heavy. It is weightless, made of pure light. As you hold it, its light fills every part of you. Feel it filling your feet, legs, body, arms, neck and head. You become filled with light, and the shadows of old energy dissolves. Ask Archangel Michael to send protection into the areas that have been healed.

You can always ask Michael to come to you when you need it to remove any stuck situations in your life. You give the sword back to Archangel Michael.

It is time to return now. Thanking Archangel Michael for all that has been released and protected. You feel the energy change Archangel Michael has gone. You are back within the Golden light of your aura. Take a deep breath in until you find yourself sitting in your room again. Begin to ground yourself by breathing more deeply, feel the solidity of the floor, the ground and start to stretch and open your eyes.

 Grounding is one of the first things that we must learn to do, it centre’s your attention on your body. And brings together your energies -mental, physical and emotional, and calms, harmonious the balance in your body.

Let Us Begin

 Sitting in your usual meditation position, begin to centre yourself with your breathing. Feel the cool air at the tip of your nose, warm breath as you breathe out. Follow the breath into your chest and heart centre. Place your feet on the floor.

Notice how your weight is distributed on them: left and right, heel and ball of the feet resting firm on the floor .Focus on your breathing. Close your eyes. Begin to concentrate on your breathing. Always focus on each breath.
If you become distracted return to your breathing. Take a few minutes of this breathing relaxation to prepare for your mindful meditation.

Inhale and exhale… You are breathing in and out. And as your breathe goes out into your Aura, you are aware of your auric field. You feel as if your Aura is a bubble of energy surrounding you.

Imagine on your breathe out sending the breathe down through your body, down your legs, and out through your feet, like roots growing into the Earth.

Feel the cool soil between your roots. As you watch your roots you see then growing thicker with in the soil  going down, down, down . . . spreading out wide into the earth as they go.Your roots are like the roots of a tree firm with in the soil, you see tendrils that are still growing down into the heart of the Earth. You will be grounded throughout this meditation deep into the Earth. The energy of the Earth is building in your Roots .You feel the energy growing.

The energy now is going up your roots. You feel the power of this energy.

The energy now enters your feet.  Now the energy flows up your legs …. You feel this energy.

The energy will flow into each of your chakras within your body opening them more fully. The strength of this energy growing…. as it flows into the area of your hips. Flowing upward to the area of stomach …. The energy is warm flowing into your body. The energy is in the area your chest. You begin to feel this energy from the earth as you breath in and out, you know the energy is now flowing into your aura from your breath as you exhale.The energy is now flowing into the shoulders, neck, and head.

Now above you and around you. Your aura is still filling with this energy, as you are gently breathing in and out. You can feel the energy in your aura. It feels warm and safe within your aura. You look at your Aura. As you are breathing in and out.

Before you, you see beautiful golden energy before you.

You see the energy growing more dense. The energy is shining out to you. You are happy, you are relaxed and at peace. Within the Golden Energy you begin to see a white light glowing.

The light grows, as it draws closer to you. A figure grows in the light. A hand goes out to you, and you take the hand within your own.  Your heart fills with joy.

You look up and see your Angels face. Looking into your Angels eyes, you feel Love flowing into your heart.

Ask your Angel its Name.

Is there a colour with Your Angel?

Spend time with your Angel.

It is time to leave your Angel.

Your Angel leaves your hand, and gives you a Gift.

You look down at your gift.

Focus on the Golden Energy as your Angel begins to leave you.

Can you feel the change in your Aura?

Your Aura has been left protected with Angelic energy.

The energy begins to leave your aura and flows out of each of your chakras within your body gently closing them as the energy now begins to flow back down your head, neck and shoulders.

Back down to your chest area, down to the stomach, hips and Legs and back down into Mother Earth.   Grounding you.

Now focus back on to your breathing going in and out of your body.

You are at peace you are calm and relaxed.

Open your eyes THANK YOU ANGEL AND SEND OUT YOU LOVE. And remember.

Recording your Angel Work

Now it is time for you to do your part record the information you received from your Angel.

What do you remember when meditating about meeting your Angel questions you may ask yourself which may help you to remember?

Did your Heart fill with joy?

How did you feel when you were looking into your Angels face and then looking into your Angels eyes?

Did you feel Love flowing into your heart from your Angel?

Did your Angel give its Name?

Was there a colour with Your Angel?

Did you get anything when spending time with your Angel?

Did your Angel leave a gift in your hand?

Write your notes in your note book.

Where Next do I go you may ask. Just go back in the meditation you have just done.

But take with you the information you received from the last time you meditated.

It as simple as that, ask your Angel to work with you.

Sit down and meditate and work with your Angel.

Ask your Angel to come near too you. . . . Close your eyes take a deep breath in,  fill your lungs and then breathe out  - Carry on breathing in and out and you will begin to feel yourself becoming relaxed and calm.

Now see the colour gold before you –  Start to breathe in and out this beautiful golden cleansing ray of light.

As you are breathing in and out your aura is filling with this beautiful golden cleansing ray of light. This will remove any negativity that is around you.

As you move around your aura slowly ask your Angel to remove any negativity that is around you.

Invoking the Angels

The Angels are awaiting your call, but they will not usually intervene in your life unless you request their assistance. They respect our free will and only on very rare occasions, in extreme emergencies will they appear without being asked to help you though with loving guidance. However, any requests that you make must fulfill

• 1 Your requests must be positive.
• 2 They must not be harmful or hurtful to others
• 3 They must not interfere with your Karma
  

  There are certain lessons that the soul needs to learn if progress is to be made in this lifetime. Our good and bad actions from this lifetime, and previous ones, will affect how the Angels are able to respond to our prayers. However, they may be able to reduce the effects of our Karma

  Mentally call your Angels, you can mentally ask your Angels for assistance. Just think to yourself, Angels, please help me In Love and Light 3 times.

   It is so simple and very effective. You can select the Archangel whom you wish to invite into your life and choose the affirmation that resonates most closely with you.

  Create your Angelic Space

  Creating your own Angelic space to meditate is important. It will be your own area to work in created by you a within your home, where you can communicate with the Angelic realm. (If you are lucky and have a spare room please use it).

  • Have nice calming colour with in the room/area
  • Light candles (please remember to blow out when you have finished).
  • Flowers’ always lift a room.

  You can put into this area whatever you wish, Angel Cards, Crystals Angelic figures, it is your space .The more you raise the energy vibration in your sacred space, the better the angels will like it! Angels are attracted to places of peace, harmony and love, and you should aim to create a peaceful and spiritual haven where you can completely relax, clear your thoughts, focus your mind and open your heart to the angelic realms.

  Before you begin to meditate take the phone of the hook .Let people in your home know that you are meditating so they will not disturb you .Get yourself water to drink, make sure the room is warm if not get a cover an place it around your shoulders.

Have you ever wished you could work with you Angel, have you found a feather or felt as if you needed your Guardian Angels Help and Guidance? But do not know where to start.

To-day is about – you starting to work with Angels. I will introduce, you to Angel Work.

All you have to do is just give your time, and buy yourself a note book to keep your own records of your development and growth.

Angel work has to be worked at, like all things that are worthwhile.

Angels work on very gentle levels to begin with and our lower-self, sometimes cannot recognise at times the Love and Guidance that Angels give us.

Sensing the presence of Angels

You may feel angelic energy in many different ways with your aura, you may find this list helpful to you or add some of your own .Just be open to your own thoughts and feelings.

• 1.The temperature in the room may change. You may feel a rush of warm air or a warm glow
• surrounding you. You may also get goose pimples or a tingling at the back of your neck or head or just the sense of great joy within you.
• 2 A mystical fragrance may appear from nowhere. It may be an aroma that you have never smelt before, and you will probably not be able to identify or describe the fragrance.
• 3 Different-coloured lights may appear from nowhere. You may see shafts of light streaming down or shooting across the room or may catch glimpses of sparks of light or notice shadows or see orbs of light. Do not be afraid: you will not see an Angel appearing until you are ready to, and Angels have no desire to alarm you.
• 4 You may hear Angelic voices trying to communicate with you .This is call Clairaudience. If the voice is merely a whisper or is muffled, then ask your Angel to speak louder to you. Do not assume that the Angelic voice that you are hearing is mere fantasy or that you are on the road to insanity!
• 5 If you are Clairsentient, you may experience sensation in your body, particularly in your heart. It is very common to be filled with an overwhelming sense of love and compassion when Angels are around. Your eyes may fill with tears of joy and you may be unable to explain why.
• 6 Claircognisance is the channel of communication that is about just a clear knowing that is right
• When we start to remember, who we are it, and knowing what we know.
• 7 White feathers may suddenly appear in the most unlikely and unexpected places. This is a sign that the Angels are with you and are ready to answer your Prayers.
• 8 Angels may appear to you in your dreams state with a solution to a particular problem. By the morning, you will feel much more positive and clearer about which direction to take.
• 9 You may feel as though there is a presence in the room with you. You may feel as though
• someone has just brushed past you or may experience the sensation that a presence is standing
• behind you, perhaps with their hands on your shoulder.
• 10 Sometimes angels will make their presence very obvious. A common experience often happens when you are in a bookshop: you are looking for guidance and a book will fall off the shelf as you walk by.

From the Kabbalistic point of view, angels and their role in our world is a serious business.

What can we learn about angels, and how can we get in touch with them in our everyday life?

“There is no plant, bush or moss in the world which does not have an agent above, who watches it ant tells it: Grow!” (Rabbi Simon)

According to one of the Midrash (requisition) book, even plants have their own sponsoring angels, who protect them and represent their destiny in higher realms.

In fact – every living entity in this world is supervised by a superior life force, in the form of an angel. Each person has two guardian angels, one on the left and one on the right side.

Angels are spiritual entities that arbitrate and transmit messages between the earthly realm and the superior – divine realms. They are also considered as energy frequencies and communication channels. Each angel performs only one single role, and unlike humans angels can never change, or manifest the freedom of choice. Some angels have masculine qualities (leaders and inducers) and some have feminine qualities (passive).

How were Angels Created?

According to the Kabbala, all angels were originated at the realm of creation – “Yetzirah”. These Angels, Seraphs, Sacred Animals, and cherubs perform many tasks bridging between heavenly realms with the earthly realms. Angels are the creation of God itself, and are ordained to obey it blindly.

Angels were formed during the six days of creation of the world, each type at a different day:

At the first day – angels of grace who are eternal.

At the second day – angels of judgment, including the death angel.

At the fifth day of creation – all the other angels were formed.

That comes to teach us that angels had already existed before the first human being was created, and were a vital factor in the weave of the universe.

The Heavenly Brigades:

According to the ancient Kabbala, there are four troops of angels, headed by Michael, Gabriel, Uriel and Raphael.

The four major groups of angels came from the uppermost “Mercabah” (or spheres) and represent the four elements: water, fire, air and earth.

Michael represents the energy of grace, revival, protection and re-awakening.

Gabriel represents the essence of judgment and severity which exert the necessary pressure in the work of the “tikkun” = reparation of the soul. It is connected to dreams given to a person to evoke spiritual awakening. Gabriel is also known as the angel who draws the soul out of the body at the moment of death.

Uriel – is the angel of balance and moderation, who helps people on their way to redemption and enlightenment.

Raphael: represents the powers healing. This is the angel to turn to in request of a cure, and his name is mentioned during spiritual healing sessions.

Other angels mentioned in the Kabbala have different missions:

Metatron, (whose name should not be pronounced out loud), is a messenger who delivers prayers and litanies to the upper realms and directs them to the right places. He is a direct connection from the earthly realm to the upper realms. Matatron is known as the angel heading the squad of supreme angels and considered the closest to God.  According to the late Zohar revisions, he has the shape of a human, the same figure that was revealed to Yehezkel in his vision: the figure sitting in the Merkabah chair.

Raziel – is an angel who was revealed to Adam and Eve in Paradise, had escorted them when they were deported away, and taught them the secrets of the Kabbala. “Raziel” is a derivative from the term “Raz” – or “secret” in Hebrew. The ancient book “Raziel The Angel” contains theoretical and practical Kabbalistic wisdom and considered as the first book of secrets that was given to Adam. Its wisdom was later inherited through generations to Noah and Abraham, all the way to King Solomon.

Guardian angels: may be originated at previous incarnations, a person’s good actions or the soul of a close person. Guardian angels are around us at all times, protecting and guiding us.

Good deeds of giving, devotion and help to others can create powerful light angels who have the potential to banish “bad” angels.

“Temporary” angels are souls of enlightened people who arrive at the earthly realm in order to assist humans in extremely difficult situations.

“Alien” Angels – The Kabbala recognizes the existence of parallel worlds, and mentions seven realms of existence. Some angels are defined as “Aliens” from other realms who visit our dimension for different purposes.

In different biblical stories, angels were sent to earth by the divine in order to perform a task. They may wear a human identity, as mentioned in the story of Abraham. Sometimes, angels may appear as spirits, without a body.

Some religions talk about a rivalry and competition among angels due to of pride and envy. However, the kabbala observes an angel as a selfless entity, which doesn’t have a freedom of choice or evil instincts.

Arniel, Mathael and Shalmiel are only three out of many sacred names of angels that are forbidden to be pronounced vocally.

According to an ancient tradition, the names of angels should not be spoken out loud. An angel might hear its name and appear for help. We can never know how powerful an angel may be. Once it realizes that it was called in vain, it may harm the person who called it. When we call an angel to assist us, we have to make sure that its energetic quality is positive, and that we can contain the high energy we invited upon ourselves.

Superiors and Inferiors:

Ancient Kabbalistic writings tell that there is a hierarchy among the different troops of angels: Some of them act as messengers, announcers and forerunners, who deliver prayers to the upper realms. They do not appear in a physical body, just a spiritual body.

Supreme angels reside in the upper realms of the “Merkabah” (Spheres) and squads of other angels reside in seven different divisions: the four supreme divisions host the grace and mercy angels, and the bottom three host the obstruction angels. The seven divisions altogether, host the angels who are in charge of the souls.

According to Rabbi Moshe Ben Maimon, the class that an angel belongs to has to do with its ability to comprehend the intentions and motivations of the Creator.

According to ancient legends, a human may become an angel in certain circumstances: Geneses mentions Hanoch (or Enoch), who was elevated to a position of angel due to his flawless purity.

The opposite happened with the angels “Aza” and “Azael” who had fallen from the high realm of creation into the bottom realm of the makings (The earthly realm), engaged with human females and surrendered to the temptations of the material world.

Angels and Demons:

The divine spiritual forces in each and every person are also related to “Angelic powers” that serve the soul as it opens to upper realms.

The “Devilish powers” are the energies that lock the spirit away from the divine. Therefore – devils or demons are considered as human (earthly) originated forces that cause the human spirit to run around in circles and entangle in an ever-lasting mesh of weary thought patterns with no way out.

Communicating With Angels:

A  Kabbalistic way to communicate with angels:

A special prayer is addressed to the angels in order to request divine protection and ask their help in bringing positive things to life. It should be read twice a day, morning and night.

From the ancient book “Raziel the Angel” we can learn a traditional Kabbalistic method to communicate with angels (written as a plain translation from Hebrew):

“A person who wishes to succeed in something should prepare himself three days before the beginning of the Hebrew month (new moon), and refrain from eating any impurity, or foods that contain blood, shall not drink wine or engage in sexual activity. He should wash himself in water before sunrise…

The instructions go on and describe a ritual in which organic matter is prepared and burned for the duration of three days, and certain names of angels are pronounced. At the night of a new moon the person has to make his bed over the burnt substances, remain silent, not talking to another person, and go to sleep while mentioning the names of angels that are responsible for the coming month. At night, the angels will appear to him in his dream and will reveal anything he would like to know.

An Easier Way to Communication with Angels:

In order to establish communication with angels, it is essential to believe that angels are a real part of our world. They do not exist “elsewhere”, but right here, under our noses, in a different dimension, which most people cannot sense or see.

Once we elevate our energy levels and develop spiritually, we can be aware of their existence and benefit by them.

Angels are entities that deliver our requests and wishes to upper realms. They are not allowed to interfere in our world without being asked, and have to standby for our requests.

Talk to your Angels:

You can communicate with angels the same way you would talk with a close friend. To do so, you should quiet your mind and get into a relaxed mode, similar to the practice of meditation.

It may take a few sessions until you acquire the ability to see angels and have a conversation with them, so do not be discouraged, and keep trying, knowing that angels are there to listen and help.

Sit or lie down in a quiet place, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.

You will be able to have a glimpse at angels through your crown chakra – your opening gate to higher realms.

An open cone shaped funnel rises from inside your head, at the crown chakra, and extends upwards, widening towards an infinite top, all the way to the upper realms.

As you focus your vision through the round opening at the top of your head, you will notice some transparent bodies fly across the wide opening of the funnel high above you.

Take a few moments to sharpen your vision, and you shall see the abstract bodies become clearer until you can identify them as light entities, or angels.

Wait until one of the entities stops its flight and look down at you through the funnel.

This is the time to start communicating with the angel that stopped by.

Ask the angel who it is, and tell it what it is that you desire. In many times, an angel will not identify itself by a specific name.

The first few sessions may be quite silent, as you’ll find yourself staring at the angel while it gazes back at you, and no (virtually verbal) conversation will occur.

As you establish communication, you will be able to distinguish between your own words and the messages that come from the angel:

Your speech will come out (virtually) through your own mouth, and the angel’s voice will come down echoing through the funnel above. If you are able to make this distinction, you will always feel sure that you are not “talking to yourself”.

Remembering that the angel acts as a messenger, you can ask questions that have to do with your life, your destiny, get interpretations for things that have happened in your life, and ask for advice.

As long as you can stay focused in the communication process, information will pass back and forth smoothly, until one of you gets tired.

It is important to honor the process of communication with angels and not to turn to them too frequently with irritating questions. After receiving their guidance, always show gratitude and thank them for their cooperation.

Therefore – Embrace Life:

Rabbi Itzhak Luria, the greatest Kabbalist of Safed in the 16^th Century, has taught that angels are born as a result of our spoken words and deeds – good or bad. Each angel connects us to a certain energetic frequency, and it’s up to a person whether his angels are good or bad.

According to Rabbi Itzhak Luria, the quality of angels we create during a lifetime depends on the amount of enthusiasm we invest in what we do.

This gives us a good reason to be focused on the blessed and luminous aspects of our life and never tangle with negativity. Appreciate every given moment and see the wholeness of our existence.

I had an epiphany today. It was so simple yet had such far reaching consequences it was astounding!

A year ago I moved in with my now husband from my 3 bedroom semi where I had spent two years with my daughters. It had been a great space for the three of us; we’d had fun creating a completely girlie and surreal space filled with Angels, Fairies, Inspirational Sayings, Crystals and Fairy Lights. We had painted walls purple and pink and got creative with silver paint squares. The garden was wall to wall angelic ceramic figures, if a little weed strewn! There was mess and muddle due to a busy life but the energy there was great and guests felt very welcome.

I was really looking forward to our move. Our new home had a great family energy too and would be a good space for us all to socialise…if a little cramped with 4 teenagers, 3 cats and us! Carefully I packed away all the things I’d treasured – we were moving again in a few months so it would all come out again when we got our new house. I felt I was quite strict on myself and deliberated over the objects I kept. In true Feng Shui style I only kept the ornaments and pictures that I felt had value and quite a few boxes winged their way to the charity shop.

Twelve months have passed since I closed the door on my stowed items. Over that time we have bonded as a family and I have bonded with the house. Phil and I have got married and the kids have grown up a little; a year full of activities and memories with lots of laughter thrown in! We have decided not to move again so now is the time to sort through all those stored things and bring out all my treasures. One by one I opened those boxes that I had carefully packed away…and I didn’t want any of it! How could it be that all those things I had valued and collected no longer mean anything?

Then it struck me. Over the years as I’d learned a new way of thinking I had collected ornaments, objects and images that reminded me of my spiritual self. I had a crystal for every occasion, statues of Buddha’s and angels on every surface, candles, incense…it was endless! Trying to gain a new perspective on life had meant changing all the old habits that I had, like shouting when something went wrong, using negative language and expecting bad things to come my way. Surrounding myself by all these visual reminders of spirituality had served me well. Over time I had changed, little by little.

Of course, the new decor hadn’t been the only change I’d made. I had spent a lot of time being guided by teachers, I had trained on courses and I had read an enormous amount of books. While taking all these actions there had been huge changes in my personal life, some subtle…and some huge and painful! Every step I took taught me something new, gave me a little more strength or took a weight off my shoulders. Gradually though, the ‘new’ or ‘natural’ me emerged, not some ethereal shimmering being that smiled serenely while chaos abounded but someone who would smile a lot more and swear a little less!

I have attended countless Mind Body & Spirit fairs over the years, more recently as an exhibitor. There are always times when the human traffic lulls and you can take a step back and observe.  People wander up and down the aisles scouring each stall, their eyes scrutinising every object. Some customers buy everything, from a bumper sticker to a huge piece of crystal, while others just scan, not quite seeming to find what they are looking for. The question I ask is: is it that they just don’t know what they need? I believe even the most stubborn of us know that there are changes happening. We may not know it consciously but on some level we feel we should do something. By attending these events perhaps we are looking for a ‘quick fix’. Buy something shiny and everything will miraculously be ok, without any personal effort or analysis. I have conversations with people who have mishap after mishap, knock after knock, anything that can go wrong does for them. They may be trying to get a new job and not getting an interview or relationships are always difficult. Of course this is disheartening and when they talk each sentence is full of negatives, “Of course I won’t get the job” or “It’s just my luck” or “It’s not fair!”  I expect you too have heard similar?

What I suggest is that while buying your crystals, Buddha’s and floaty objects you do something else; stop. Just stand completely still and observe your body, your posture and the look on your face. Watch out for any tension in your muscles or a frown as an expression or any rigidity in your stance. Notice if your breathing is free flowing and deep or shallow and hitched. How do you feel stood in this way – happy and relaxed or itching to do something and irritable? Over the course of one day notice the language you use and look out for all those negatives, is the glass empty or full? This may give you a little insight into where you are in the present.

So, in conclusion: how do we exist in this Spirit World and make the changes we need? Well, buying crystals, fairies, angels, books and sparkly purple things will certainly remind us where we are going if we buy them with intention, but buy too many and we end up feeling heavy and burdened. Don’t buy any and we may not get the visual hints we occasionally require when that unwanted bill pops through the letter box or we are having a pointless argument that we have had endless times before.

I suppose with everything there is a balance and maybe if we sit back once a day and assess where we are, we will realise that those little changes have evolved into a new, happier, lighter way of being!

Our guardian angels are beautiful beams of light coming from above. You don’t hear or see them. They are here spreading their pink rays of love, like a big parasol over us. They work in silence, and a great many of us are not aware of their presence.  They watch over us like a mother over her small child. They can take the human form if it is needed in our times of deep despair.  They don’t ask much from us, just our love and a little time on our part to listen to what they are saying to us.  They whisper in our ears very softly words of guidance and encouragement.

They try very hard to make us aware they are here to help us in our difficult journey. They cannot always get through the thick layer of material we surround ourselves with.  They are very loving and patient with us.  They try to attract our attention in so many different ways, but as we are we dismiss them as a figment of our imagination.  This makes them sad.  If only we could be aware of their existence our life would be much easier, knowing we have help at hand to ease our burden.

But it is only when disaster comes in our life that we pray for help to our Father God above. At that time in our life our spiritual awareness opens inside our heart. Our guardian angel finds it much easier to reach us in our time of despair. For some, it will be a revelation to be able to feel and to be aware of those beautiful angels of light, who can help us in so many ways, not only in our hour of need but every day to give us wisdom and guidance.  To those people it will change their life for ever.  But for so many, once the emergency is over, they will go back to their old way of life, closing the door to their guardian angel.  Their spiritual light once more will be turned off.  We have free will, and they cannot interfere with our way of life, because that is their rule.  Like us, they need to progress and move on.  They have a purpose on this Earth, and they need us to help them achieve it.

We need each other for the balance of our planet.  Lots of powerful angels are sending huge beams of spiritual light, to try to repair the damage we are creating and doing on our planet.  They have a very difficult task working in our dense environment because we are sending pollution and negative thoughts into the atmosphere.  They love us and are not giving up on humanity just yet.  Things are changing more speedily than ever to make us aware of our spirituality.  A new generation of light workers are coming our way to help us see the light.  We have a long way to go, but progress is being made from above.  One day before too long a lot of us will see our guardian angel standing by our side smiling at us. What a day that will be!

By: Forgiveness is a wonderful and positive thing… but what do you do when you feel you just cannot or are not ready to forgive?

Angels use various ways of communicating with you- signifying you are about to receive something special. So take extra notice of a ‘well done’, if you have just made a good decision.

Angels will use human people; they will bring someone into your life with a piece of information, which will make all become clear. They will send more than one person bringing you the same information, all mentioning the same good book that might help you.  You might find yourself drawn into a bookshop, browsing for no reason, and see the book everyone has mentioned to you. It is still your choice whether you buy it or not, and then it is your choice whether you read it or not, but if you take notice of the signs, you will start to notice how much more smoothly your life begins to flow.

They will use music in various ways.  Song lines going through your head over and over, not going away until you connect them to the questions and what is going on in your life.     If they do not answer directly your question, then think back to what was going on in your life when the song first came out, identify the pattern, and you have the answer.    You can also ask what the meaning of an issue is in your life, or what you need to do about something, and ask for the answer to be the 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, record from now on the radio. It is spookily accurate. The song on the radio answers questions you go to bed on, as the alarm goes off in the morning. Don’t ask me how but it does.

Meditation also is a way of listening to the answers from your angels. (If you have never meditated do not worry, it is not difficult).  By going deep into yourself, to the stillness, you connect to your own inner wisdom, which is connected to the collective universal web of knowledge, and you receive information directly either as a voice in your head or as a feeling in your body. If you are connected to your own feelings, and trust your gut instincts by acting on them, you are following the guidance of your soul, and the angels and guides will work that way too.

People often ask how to tell whether the information that comes into their heads during meditation is from angels and guides, or from their imagination. Imagination is our umbilical cord to spirit. It is our creative link with the universal creative energy of which everything is a part. If you imagine something, why do you imagine that particular thing at that particular moment which answers yours or someone else’s needs? You need to learn to trust your imagination.

Another thing is, if you notice when you are imagining something or you’re getting a voice in your mind with an answer, the voice will be on the right side of your head.    This is your right intuitive, creative, psychic brain that is the creative side and linked to the universe (it controls the left hand side of your body).   The left-brain is your mind and personality, everything you have learned (and controls the right hand side of your body).  If you feel a thought float into the left of your head, it is a thought, if it comes in to the right it is an answer. Noticing this takes practice, but gets easier and is well worth it for the confidence of knowing.

Trust is the key element.
