INGRID RYLANCE shares with us her experiences of being an animal communicator. Her story is a deeply moving one.
Maddy rang me looking for help with her horse called Lady but I was guided to first tune in to another horse called Maybel. Maybel was a chestnut colour with a bored white blaze. She was a link to all of the horses and Maddy too- you will begin to understand as the information coming through in the reading unfolds. This was on the telephone with out me seeing any photographs.

Lady
- Prince
I asked Maddy if there were any bereavement issues with her, because this is what I felt around her. She told me she had broken up with her boyfriend. I also asked if there was bereavement or a death, connected to the horse called Lady. Maddy said yes, there was a horse that they all loved very much, and he was called Prince.
I first looked through the pictures Maddy kindly brought for me to see. I saw the picture of the horse which I first saw in my minds eye while talking to Maddy on the phone. This was proven to be that of Maybel, I felt that there was not much to say about this one. Next Maddy showed the picture of Prince; this time the picture was cutting deep into my heart with every kind of emotion possible. There was a lump in my throat, and I was then awash with salty tears that filled my eyes, like a bolt from nowhere. Sometimes I feel so much that this can happen: I’m only human. But then this passed over me, and I pressed on with the reading.
I was given a picture of a chocolate bar! This tasted to me very yummy very sweet, but not sickly. I asked Maddy: ‘Was Prince a very sweet natured animal? I also see you sat in the field like having a cup of tea and a chat.’ Maddy was so in love with this lovely horse. She missed him so much and I could see tears filling her eyelids as I turned away to give her a break from the thread of emotion which was consuming her with the reading. Then as I turned back to tell her more about Prince, the real love filled me up and felt so good. We both began to smile and we both started to laugh about what Prince was like. I really felt his presence, and knew Prince was standing with us. I asked Maddy, ‘Could you feel Prince here?’ She said that she could, and I knew at that time she actually saw him standing with us. That made me glow all over. There was no wonder that they all grieved for this magnificent horse- no words can fill these deep entrenched feelings that had lingered in their lives, not only with Maddy, but Lady had lost a real soul mate too. This part of the reading had helped Maddy to release and let go a lot of emotional baggage. Not to say that we forget, we never lose that endless golden thread of love, which ties all things we love so dear
Before Maddy went to fetch Lady from the field, we went through some exercises that I have used with many people. This can help place you in a better mindset to see a troubled animal or horse. Before working with Maddy and the photo of Prince, Maddy had had a lot stored in her emotional side and to let go was one of the stages- the work we did with Prince from the photograph. This would help Lady to cope as well, even though we had not yet seen her.
Now Maddy was in a better way of seeing Lady so I asked her to go and fetch Lady into the schoolyard, the January wind cutting, and yet a lovely blue sky filled the landscape with the sun shining. We set to work.

Maybel with Lady in backgroun
Lady came into the schoolyard with Maddy. I asked that Maddy to undo the lead rope, and with that Lady went charging up and down the schoolyard like a freight train. It was very scary stuff, I was just not expecting it. Maddy turned to look at me, and said ‘See, this is what she does.’ Lady did some more charging up and down the schoolyard, then went into a corner of and stood looking at the other horses in adjacent fields. I took off the emotional ties that had trapped both Maddy and Lady. This felt really bad to me, and hit my heart and stomach like a block or a concrete wall.
I walked around the schoolyard with poles just lying on the ground, I stepped over them one by one, Lady looked on over her shoulder at me. I went around one more time, asking her to join me if she wanted to. Lady still looked on some of the time. I carried on walking the poles, just communicating that I wanted to trust to her. Next, I asked her to join me as I stood looking at the landscape. As I turned around I felt jelly wobble over my aura, and there she was, standing over my shoulder. I really thanked her for that. Next, I asked Maddy to repeat just what I had done, and in a very short time of about twenty minutes we had Lady joining us as we walked the poles. No pressure, no lead rope or vies, just asking, through animal communication, which was helping and connecting us all. I thanked Lady for her part. She was so much calmer now: head down, licking her lips and chewing, much softer too. Just as if we all had a better understanding of what each of us wanted form the other, a clear and mutual rapport. This can be very beneficial for animals and people alike, that’s why animal communication can help so much.
